Closed Joint-Stock Insurance Company «Kremen» was created on the 3rd of October in 1996. IC «Kremen» is included in the list of five leaders of Ukrainian insurance market. This company is concentrated on the grant of insurance services in corporate segment. In the structure of JSIC «Kremen» enters Opened non-state pensionary fund «Kremen», closed undiversified venture ration fund of «Kremen-Invest» and Closed undiversified venture ration investment fund «Modern investment technologies». Investment funds are created by company «Kremen» for effective management insurance reserves.
Priority direction in insurance activity of JSIC «Kremen» is development and introduction of hi-tech insurance products, allowing infixing positions in the sector of corporate sales and considerably extending the volumes of retails. Now the company spares special attention to the development of the followings types of insurance:
aviation insurance;
industrial insurance (including interruption in a production, breakages of machines and equipment, loss arrived);
insurance of responsibility of different kinds;
medical insurance;
insurance of tourists,drivings out abroad.
