In autumn in 2007 a new company appeared at the Ukrainian insurance market - «VSK Insurance Group», which consolidated the leading operators of domestic insurance market:

• JSIC «VUSO»;
• JSIC «Kremen»;
• JSIC «Spas».

The association of insurance assets allowed, from one side, to create larger and regionally developed structure and from other – universal insurance group with includes:

• riteyl (on base IC «VUSO»);
• work with corporate clients (on base IC «Kremen»);
• life insurance (on base IC «Spas»).

In addition, such incorporated structure will allow to shorten operating costs, jointly to develop a branch network and attract capital.

Presently the representative offices of the companies which are included into the group, work in all regional centers and in majority of big settlements of Ukraine
